Recent Work

The past few years have been very challenging for many people. For me the deaths of beloved friends and family members, evacuation from wildfires three years in a row, concerns about environmental destruction, and political turmoil have brought sorrow and anxiety. During this time the beauty and power of Nature has not only given me solace, but provided compelling motifs and metaphors with which to express feelings of confusion, despair, awe, and the hope of renewal.
